If the office creates a customer so I can activate them in the field, I can’t find them through BecklarMonitoring , which makes BecklarMonitoring almost pointless for me.
Would be nice if once an account is ‘on test’ the technicians can more easily access the zonelist.
Once on test the list of all points disappears, have to go into 4-5 menu options to see it at that point
Very slow. Can’t see what codes are on test at a glance.
So I use that app a lot from day to day from testing out new systems to putting single points on test until business ours to be more cost efficient. So can zones be input and updated to the account through BecklarMonitoring ???? If so how
Two complaints, 1 you can’t pull up the list of zones under site devices. 2 there is no refresh button for the history feed.
Simple and clean design. Very intuitive and easy to use. Definitely an upgrade to the alternatives.
