interface, design, sound, app privacy. they are simply well-made overall with high quality. i like the variety of sound settings, especially. also, i have a minimal suggetion : according to recent book and papers, 5.5 breaths a minute is regarded as an ideal rate. it would be really good, if i could set 5.5 per a minute.
