How to fix Lark app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lark app on iPhone
Update Lark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lark app issues:

Force Stop the Lark App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lark app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lark App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lark app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Lark.

Fix Lark unable to contact server/ Lark internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Lark » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Lark » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lark on android.
