The Hannaford pharmacy in Gilford, NH has horrendous customer service. My doctor called in my prescription FOUR DAYS AGO. I went there this morning to pick up my meds and it wasn't ready. The woman said it was something about insurance and assured me it would be done by noon. O checked online and it still said "in process". Since they do not text anymore to let you know it's ready it becomes a call and wait game. I called THREE times and let the phone ring forever and no one would pick up. I called the main store to see if the would help. A woman told me she would walk the phone over to the pharmacy but I got put on hold again. Finally a woman picked up and I told her how upset I was that they did not answer the phone. I had not had my medication to day because I had run out and it was supposed to be ready days ago. She said I was screaming at her when I was just trying to get through to her my disgust. She also kept talking over me. I hope you can check the recorded line. This was December 1, at 4:38 P.M. They're excuse is always "we are extremely busy and under-staffed." Here's an idea! Hire more staff! I also have cancer, what if it were that medication I was out of and they didn't have it ready or don't pick up the phone??? I would attach a screen shot of how many times I called if you had the option. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
Hi. I need to find my username on the app. It rejected my saved account username and password.
I can not get it my account. I got a new cell phone and now I keep getting username or password in correct. I tried to reset but that wouldn’t work. Tried to step up new account and it says my is account already in use

This app supposedly lists all prescriptions that are due to be refilled. I used it for months, carefully checking to be sure it caught 100% of prescriptions due to be refilled then began to rely on the app to remind me. Big mistake! I took the last pill of an important med and the app STILL didn’t have it on the list ready to request a refill. When I manually entered it for refill it went in with no error, so the data was in the system but the app just didn’t work right. I’m back to manually watching my med refill needs and calling them in.

Signed up 4 years ago. I cannot get the right combination of all those fields to reset the password. Calling Hannaford customer care has been incredibly frustrating with the first one sending to the pharmacy! Second one tried to say the same thing, then tried to help. They are simply not set up for app support at all. I’m disabled. I need to know when my important meds are ready without going to the store. I am also an experienced web and app designer. This stinks!

So far I haven’t had any issues with the Hannaford Pharmacy app, but I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement.
1) There should be a way to archive past prescriptions from appearing in your list of medications. This would be particularly helpful for someone who has taken different dosages over time of the same medication so as not to inadvertently select the correct medication but incorrect dosage for refill. I also find it just distracting to scroll through ones I no longer use.
2) In using the scan label feature for refill, when you get to the “confirm refill” page, it doesn’t say the name of the medication, just the rx#. I would have liked to be able to confirm specifically what I was refilling.
