Lowes Foods Legacy Reviews

I really love LowesFoodsLegacy and have been using it for the past few months for shopping trips. There are a couple of things that would make this a perfect experience.

Requests:
- Wish the “Save for Later” lists had a shortcut on home page. I use this feature frequently to add items to the “In-Store List”. I clear out my “In-Store List” after each trip so I can easier track what’s been added. If there is already a shortcut I’m having trouble finding it.
- More complete product information for the organized shopper. The nutrition labels in LowesFoodsLegacy are unreliable, and are difficult to use for decision making. If I want to compare ingredients, serving sizes, and nutrition information of products I typically have to use my Target shopping app to make decisions. When making decisions I enjoy images of packaging that can be zoomed in so I can get ALL the info on the products packaging. Most online shopping platforms don’t offer Nutrition Label information and having either one to accurately compare information would be extremely helpful!

I have used LFTG since 2004 and love it. Now that I have downsized everything, even digitally, I find LowesFoodsLegacy to be great. I’m so glad Lowe’s has this wonderful feature to make grocery selection and checkout easier. I am disabled, and I have a family member simply swing by your conveniently located store. Makes it easier on all who are involved. Now if the bags could just carry themselves in....

As far as being able to find things in the store it would be great for LowesFoodsLegacy to display where products are in the store. All the item information is there so I feel like that’s not too much of a stretch. Other than that I had no problems signing up and using LowesFoodsLegacy , it’s just the one key detail I was hoping for as we try to learn where things are in the store.

Love it! Saves me time and calories because I don’t pick up things I don’t need (bbq chips)! Orders have always been correct and good selections of meat, veggies and fruits. They call as well and let you know if items are out of stock and if you’d like to substitute and if you’d like to add anything else. Seamless, quick, & friendly service!

I'm housebound and unable to do shopping. I love LowesFoodsLegacy and delivery service! It lets me pick what I want, let's me know if something isn't available and what's available as a substitute then delivers my groceries when I want them to come. Extremely convenient and affordable. Thank you so much for providing this service!

LowesFoodsLegacy is great, and the ability to transfer the carts from “in store” to “pickup” (etc) is super helpful for changing plans and life in general. The Scannable barcode for the shopping rewards is a bit buried and hard to find. Also, I really wish there was an iPad (landscape) version of LowesFoodsLegacy that gave me the grocery search and a scrollable view of the cart/list side by side.

There is no ability to leave notes on the items or the entire order like there is on the website. I ALWAYS leave substitution notes. No option on LowesFoodsLegacy . And I ALWAYS request paper bags and the ask for no more than 4 bags. I have a very tiny car and that’s all the trunk will hold. So while LowesFoodsLegacy is functional, although slow, it’s a major miss for me without those key note sections.

I depend on the Lowes Foods grocery app to buy all of my groceries. I use it almost every day. LowesFoodsLegacy allows me to sort by unit price and find sales. LowesFoodsLegacy would be perfect if I could get the nutritional information to show. I have to use a browser to see nutritional information.

I have used a lot of grocery store apps, and they were all more work then they were worth. The Lowe’s food app is not only SUPER easy to use, but the recipes are a game changer and have made me a Lowe’s shopper hands down! Thanks for making this stay at home moms cooking situation a little easier Lowe’s!

The Lowe’s Foods app is easy to use and easy to revise! Wish they had a complete inventory of in store items and LowesFoodsLegacy allowed you to add last minute items prior to order fulfillment.

I would like to reply to my order on LowesFoodsLegacy giving feedback for each personal shopper instead of having to go online.
That has not worked for me.

Please fix the problem so these great workers could get credit for their work. It would be a great place to tip them as well because I never take cash.

LowesFoodsLegacy is great. Very well organized and easy to find most things and schedule a pick up. My only complaint is that it is so slow. It would take 30 seconds to a minute just to load an item. Overall good, I’ll keep using it.

I know what I want, I order it.
If there has to be a substitution they call and tell you.
This is such a glorious thing, I can drive up and get what I order while passing thru or have it delivered.

Not all items I order weekly are available on LowesFoodsLegacy . Luckily it’s simple to add a product when the associate calls. I have been informed my local store has requested to have the product added to LowesFoodsLegacy , but 2 months later still not there. Otherwise app is great.

Always a great place to shop. Clean, friendly staff, well stocked selection. Love Lowe’s Foods To-Go. Kimmie has shopped my order for 2yrs and always does an outstanding job. Tammy is also wonderful as well. Absolutely NO comparison to Walmart ToGo 😝

Apparently they can’t count. I loved this service until the last couple of weeks. The past two orders I have had things that I ordered two of and only gotten one. They use to have a double return on problems. I guess that went away with the working service or help button in LowesFoodsLegacy .

Cannot enlarge picture of product to see further details. Also it would be helpful to see ingredients list for all products for those of us who have dietary needs.

I love LowesFoodsLegacy! This is convenient for busy families and when you are sick and not feeling well enough to grocery shop in store.

I really like LowesFoodsLegacy . It makes shopping easy. One request ...I wish it would support PayPal. If I want to use PayPal I have to go into Safari and bring up the website on my browser.

I love LowesFoodsLegacy , however, when I am placing a larger pick up order, I always get kicked out of my time slot. I never feel it is a full 60 minutes before the time slot expires.
