Too many issues

Apparently they can’t count. I loved this service until the last couple of weeks. The past two orders I have had things that I ordered two of and only gotten one. They use to have a double return on problems. I guess that went away with the working service or help button in the app.

Missing a key function

There is no ability to leave notes on the items or the entire order like there is on the website. I ALWAYS leave substitution notes. No option on the app. And I ALWAYS request paper bags and the ask for no more than 4 bags. I have a very tiny car and that’s all the trunk will hold. So while the app is functional, although slow, it’s a major miss for me without those key note sections.

I would like to reply to my order on the app giving feedback for each personal shopper instead of having to go online. That has not worked for me. Please fix the problem so these great workers could get credit for their work. It would be a great place to tip them as well because I never take cash. Thanks!
