I had the worst experience. I downloaded the app and uploaded my prescription onto my account. I made with them via the app. Well I go ahead and make my order and place it. I was so excited for my new glasses since I needed them for work. The order finally arrived and I try them on and notice hmmm there’s no prescription on it. I try calling good luck with that! I finally get some type of customer service. Mind you I double checked if my prescription was still in my profile sure enough it was there. So the person who was chatting with me cause I couldn’t get no one over the phone. She told me to keep the glasses and she would give me a credit for only half the price! I was shocked I just waisted money on something that’s literally collecting dust on my home desk. Now I checked my account and see the credit they gave me was reversed! So I paid full price for frames they messed up. And on top of all that when I told her I uploaded my prescription onto my app profile. Magically the prescription disappeared! As I’m speaking to the lady! She went ahead and deleted it while I was chatting with her. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Purchased two pairs of glasses at the end of November. They took 7 weeks to show up. One pair was ugly, uncomfortable, and didn’t fit right. When I asked for a refund, they told me I could get 50% of my money back. I emailed them everyday for a week asking why I was only getting 50% back since this policy isn’t anywhere on their website. I sent messages via Instagram and Twitter asking what their return policy was and I was ignored. I called several times and was sent to voicemail. It was only when I left a bad review on Google Play that someone called me twice in one night. After talking to someone for 40 minutes I was told that I could pay to send my glasses back and after discounting this and that I would get my money back. On a $100 purchase, that equaled $30. It would cost me $15 just to send them back! Absolute nonsense. Don’t buy a single thing from this company.

I ordered my glasses because I need them! so I used the express shipping option, so I can get them faster and my order was cancelled For some reason after being processed?! I had no update or email letting me know the reason as to why, or that I would be getting a refund or anything of the sort. They was just gonna keep my money!! good luck trying to talk with a representative about anything! I tried to contact them but the bot said it wasn’t rep hours and some one would get back to me after 24 hours but it absolutely is!!! I ordered my glasses January 6th and it has been 10 days and still no update or anything. I’m not happy with this app and I will be deleting after I get my refund.
