How to fix Carnets app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Carnets app on iPhone
Update Carnets app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Carnets iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Carnets on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Carnets network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Carnets Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Carnets not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Carnets App
1. On android, goto Settings » Carnets » click [Force Stop]

Update Carnets to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Carnets App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Carnets » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Carnets.

Fix Carnets unable to contact server/ Carnets internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Carnets » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Carnets » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
