The file menu screen shows the same file name two times. Selecting either works.

Close and restart the Kodex app on iPhone

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Kodex app issues:

Force Stop the Kodex App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Kodex app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Kodex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kodex App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Kodex app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Kodex.

Fix Kodex unable to contact server/ Kodex internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Kodex » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Kodex » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kodex on android.
