When this company came o the market it was No 1
Very fast shipments and the support were truly positive but now there’s too many problems in shipping and purchasing and the shipment take more than a month to arrive hopefully you’ll notice that and fix it quickly before you start loosing your customers

Unfortunately after choosing many items and paying for them in advance, they have cancelled part of my items and kept the few left items and this made me pay the huge delivery fees for them, which they definitely didn’t worth to pay such delivery fees for. I will never use PurePlat again and do not recommend it at all
للاسف بعد اختيار العديد من الاغراض و الدفع مقدما لها، اخبروني بالغاء بعض الاغراض لاحقا و الابقاء على البعض الاخر و جعلي ادفع مبلغ توصيل كبير للاغراض القليلة المتبقية التي لم تستحق هذا العناء و اجور التوصيل و الضرائب بغض النظر عن اضاعة جهودي في البحث و الاختيار. لن استخدم هذا التطبيق مجددا و لا انصح به اطلاقا

Pure platform used to be good at it’s beginning, now it’s a mess the thing is there is an option for delivery of the package you pay in advance, sometimes when ordering more than an item half reach the storage and half be delayed so the staff act on their own by sending the first half then sending the second half and asking for another delivery payment which is literally down bad, even though the support is informed that a delivery must be made only when the hole order is completed and ready, all that aside the support themselves are lazy in different ways and blame the customer for their lacks and faults, probably never using PurePlat again until these problems are fixed.

The shipping cost is off the grid, too much. Update based on pure Platform feedback: Your shipping cost is not the cheapest I thought it was but unfortunately was crazy high, your shipping from US to Iraq took more than two months with shipping cost incomparable to other service providers the highest. If you want I can share receipt with you. Some of the shipments were open after asking you about the damage your response was “ I didn’t pay for insurance”!!!!!! Supposed the fees I paid for you already cover everything.

PurePlat is simple and intuitive. However, prices charged are way too expensive, I would expect to have some offers that could counter the shipping fees.

لع صديقي ااموقع شغال و مبي شي بس لسه متسوگت شي لان ببالي اشتري حاسبه لابتوب بعدني ددور على موديل يعجبني بس لاحظت شغلات هواي لازم ابلغكم بيها من اجل المصلحه العامة اني و انته و الكل يستفادون اذا باچر نجحت هاي الشركه و اگوم اتسوگ اي شي و اني بالبيت و امور كلها اصليه ،،
اني مثلا دخلت للبرنامج و اختاريت الصفحه مال المواقع دتسوگ اوكي هاي اولا
رحت اتسوگت و كملت و حولتها للسلعه على السله او المفضلة هم اوكي
و اريد اني مثلا اروح اتاكد دخلت السلعه بالمفضلات او السله او لا و اتاكدت كملت هم اوكي ،،
و اريد ارجع للصفحه اتسوگ الگه طالع منكلشي نهائيا يعني شنو كانما توني طاب
للبرنامج ممتصفح شي
و الموقع من اطبله اللي اتسوگت منه طبعا من جديد كانو اول مرة اتصفح هذا شي محبط صراحه
لان اغلب المواقع مال التجزئة الاونلاين تنطيك من تسجل بيها معلوماتك عادةً
فوائد من تعبر مشترياتك مبلغ معين يخصمولك او من تجي خصومات تستفاد انته كمشتري
لذلك من ترجع تضغط على صفحه المواقع مال التسوق لازم تسجل من جديد
من تضغط على السلعه من المفضلات او السله لازم تسجل من جديد
و هاي مشكله صراحه
ولعده اسباب
اولا البرنامج مراح يعرف انته دخلت كود خصم او حتى الموقع خصملك لشرائك بمبلغ معين
و هذا راح ايخلي البرنامج يجهل باللي صار من اجراء بالموقع المعين اللي اتسوگت منه
لان انته سجلت و تسوگت و اجاك خصم معين كون مشترياتك عبرت حد مالي معين او دخلت كود خصم
من تخلي البرنامج يشتريلكيا عن طريق اضافتك للسلعه للسله مال الشراء بالبرنامج راح يعالجلك اوكي بس مراح يعرف بالخصومات و غيرها لان راح يستخدم هويته مو هويتك ،،
و اللي عرفتها اني هل المعلومة كمشتري قديم و اعرف بهل الخصوص هواي
من تستخدم مواقع هواي تصير عندك خبرة بيها
و هاي مشكله چبيرة لازم تنحل ،،
و حتى من اتسوگ من امازون او غيرها مثلا اكثر من سلعه اشتريت حاسبه او شاشه تلفزيون انطاني خصم او تخفيض من احولها على السله اريد اشتريها البرنامج راح يعالج المعلومات و هذا شي حلو بس مراح يخصمله الموقع كونه ايضا اعيده
مدخل بهويتي و اشتره
لازم من ادخل معلوماتي تبقى محفوظة مهما كان
و ااموقع يشتريلي عن طريق معلوماتي المدخلة مو غيرها

I am really surprised with PurePlat and It’s the first time that I give an online shopping application a ( 5 stars ), because PurePlat deserve it 100% , I found it so useful and helpful , especially for people in a country like Iraq , which most of the online shopping companies does not ship to it , best things in PurePlat are : ( easy to use for everyone, there’s an explanation about how you can purchase anything from any online site like : ( amazon/ali express/nike...etc ) by their app , tracking options for your order until it’s complete and the last ,best thing in PurePlat is ( their technical support ), they have very fast,helpful ,notBot/auto reply support and what ever you ask them they will answer you 🌹.... best experience with PurePlat , you must have it .
