Not trustable - keep away from this app

Unfortunately after choosing many items and paying for them in advance, they have cancelled part of my items and kept the few left items and this made me pay the huge delivery fees for them, which they definitely didn’t worth to pay such delivery fees for. I will never use this app again and do not recommend it at all
للاسف بعد اختيار العديد من الاغراض و الدفع مقدما لها، اخبروني بالغاء بعض الاغراض لاحقا و الابقاء على البعض الاخر و جعلي ادفع مبلغ توصيل كبير للاغراض القليلة المتبقية التي لم تستحق هذا العناء و اجور التوصيل و الضرائب بغض النظر عن اضاعة جهودي في البحث و الاختيار. لن استخدم هذا التطبيق مجددا و لا انصح به اطلاقا

The shipping cost is off the grid, too much. Update based on pure Platform feedback: Your shipping cost is not the cheapest I thought it was but unfortunately was crazy high, your shipping from US to Iraq took more than two months with shipping cost incomparable to other service providers the highest. If you want I can share receipt with you. Some of the shipments were open after asking you about the damage your response was “ I didn’t pay for insurance”!!!!!! Supposed the fees I paid for you already cover everything.

When this company came o the market it was No 1
Very fast shipments and the support were truly positive but now there’s too many problems in shipping and purchasing and the shipment take more than a month to arrive hopefully you’ll notice that and fix it quickly before you start loosing your customers
