I am having issues on the holland america navigator app on I Phone but not I pad. it will not show my shore excursions on my itinerary,will not change dress code will not pull up the shore excursions to look at, and is very slow

Navigator app keeps crashing and won't let me input email and password. Works fine on my husband's phone, which, incidentally is the same model phone. Have uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled, nothing works. I don't want to spend my voyage glued to the guest services desk. Why offer something if it's not available for everyone.

I have two problems with Navigator: 1. I downloaded it onto my phone and put my husband's name on the account. He has a separate phone, of course. Do I have to set up a separate account on his phone in order for me to input necessary info? Can I add myself to his account or, preferably, how do I delete the Navigator account from my phone and start over? We have Android phones. 2. Chat feature is not usable on iPhone

I found a typo in the description of the Amsterdam where it said “ stunning astrolabe. While on board, njoy regional cooking” and i believe it should say “enjoy”. I tried to use the app’s chat feature to let them know, but every time I click inside the text field and enter a character, the keyboard disappears. It also is not formatted for a phone. The page is too large, requiring zooming in and then panning left and right, up and down just to read what’s on the screen. I hope other parts of the app function better. Also, after installing, I rebooted my phone and tried to login, but I repeatedly got an error that I didn’t have internet connection. I definitely did. I went through part of the process to sign up again, cancelled that at the end, then tried to login again and was finally successful.

Language Choices Screwed Up

I’d love to book another cruise with Holland-America, but this app has complicated things to the point of giving up. I am an American in Spain, preferring to use English. The app immediately appears in Spanish, and the “Idioma” option is of no use - it indicates two language option selections simultaneously at the “Idioma” buttons when only one should be indicated: if English is chosen from the previous Spanish indication, the language choice remains Spanish. And so this app is useless.

App fine, onboard Internet abysmal

This app has lots of potential not only for finding services, but also for contact tracing. Unfortunately our cruise has chronic issues with Internet DESPITE paying a premium for streaming service for 4 devices. When doing speed tests 10mbs was the fastest I ever saw - and that was only IF it would work. Between leaky plumbing, yellow and orange tap water, cold cabins, mediocre food, and compulsive tipping, the cruise was not what it could - and should have been.
