I love the APP! Excursions, what’s happening on board etc. My only reason for 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 ⭐️ is there seems to be no volume or notification setting for incoming chat messages ? I’m not going to “watch” the app 24/7 so a regular notification would be amazing. (But might be operator error? MY fault? But I’ve looked everywhere in the app.
Chat feature is not usable on iPhone
I found a typo in the description of the Amsterdam where it said “ stunning astrolabe. While on board, njoy regional cooking” and i believe it should say “enjoy”. I tried to use the app’s chat feature to let them know, but every time I click inside the text field and enter a character, the keyboard disappears. It also is not formatted for a phone. The page is too large, requiring zooming in and then panning left and right, up and down just to read what’s on the screen. I hope other parts of the app function better. Also, after installing, I rebooted my phone and tried to login, but I repeatedly got an error that I didn’t have internet connection. I definitely did. I went through part of the process to sign up again, cancelled that at the end, then tried to login again and was finally successful.
App is helpful, takes some effort to navigate. Type should be bigger and bolder Would be helpful to have more details on the music options and venues. The dining options should show hours of operation
Language Choices Screwed Up
I’d love to book another cruise with Holland-America, but this app has complicated things to the point of giving up. I am an American in Spain, preferring to use English. The app immediately appears in Spanish, and the “Idioma” option is of no use - it indicates two language option selections simultaneously at the “Idioma” buttons when only one should be indicated: if English is chosen from the previous Spanish indication, the language choice remains Spanish. And so this app is useless.
I miss the Fleet Map
The fleet map is gone! Bummer. During this time when we can’t sail, I loved seeing where my favorite ships were. Can you bring it back? Thank you.
I have used onboard apps for other cruise lines and they worked great. This app is worthless. It constantly says I am not connected to the internet even though other apps on my phone are working. It constantly says I need to sign in again but it will not bring up the sign in page. Extremely frustrating and time consuming.

Seeing shore excursions and events for my upcoming cruise next month, and the app seems a lot faster now.
Navigator app for Holland America Eurodam
When trying to get into this app you click on it and it tries to come up for a second then shuts right off. We have deleted the app and started over. Before that we tried booting the whole phone but nothing seems to work. What else should we do to get it to come up.

Unreliable Onboard Connectivity
Connectivity to the onboard wireless was unreliable, which hampered communication with other members of our party. The lack of notifications also renders the Chat function of minimal value. All the users to whom we talked were frustrated throughout the cruise.
Horrible App, sorry I booked
Don’t bother until you’re on the ship, despite what the App says! It doesn’t work. Can’t even find my booking and we’re cruising in two weeks. Guess I won’t be spending any money on extras!
Just got off 2nd cruise using this app. It would be helpful to have access before the cruise. Mostly a notification when a message comes through. It is silent so you have to look at the app constantly to see if some has sent a text/chat. They have improved the info to sign on in the cabin and are very helpful at the desk. Personalized notifications would be helpful ie: mariners lunch or club orange events.
App is useless until you are on board. Booked cruise doesn't show up and tells me to log in first despite showing me logged in.
Why only one?
Your app does a lot of good stuff but seems to freeze every time I add an event to my itinerary. Killing the task gets it going again but it’s a major fail.
