On hold with N.C. Headquarters waiting to talk to a supervisor. Time to fire CEO Bruce Haas! Can anybody at guest relations speak English? I will fly to N.C in November to meet Bruce Haas. The owner didn’t take his hotel guest safety at the Eldorado Apartment Hotel so on December 20th 2019 and eleven hotel guest died. The health department and fire department need to inspect all Las Vegas E.S.A. Less then four months ago a frustrated hotel guest pulled the alarm. Las Vegas received the alarm 33 minutes after it was pulled. Mr. Elix Nunis former general manager showed up 47 minutes after Millissa front desk phoned him. If this was a real fire history would repeat itself!!!

Advertised as a non smoking room; however, the room is so smoke damaged it’s hard to breathe. The shower drain was clogged so you stand in bath water while trying to shower. Front desk was not helpful. Told to wait until the morning. The morning front desk advised they were unable to help at the moment as they had two people waiting to pay cash for a room. Hmm.. I thought my money was just as green

Stayed at ESA in Louisville. Reserved non smoking accessible room. They moved us after the fest room was smoky to another smoky room. Both my husband and I are very sensitive to smoke. We had already pad and checked in so what choice did we have? First Lady was very nice but it didn’t solve the problem. Never stay in ESA again!
