Will not flash slow or fast and it i believe has crashed the system will not turn off, turns on ok but goes to flashing colors that want turn off goes on and on...help me please
My Lepro account signed me out automatically the other day and so my echo lost connection to my Lepro smart bulbs and I could no longer control them with Alexa voice commands!. I logged back in to the Lepro app and Alexa still couldn't connect so I disabled the Lepro skill in Alexa and tried to re enable (as per the troubleshooter instructions) but the skill will not link to Alexa any longer! I have been trying g to reconnect for 7 days! Have tried to link upwards of 1000 times in that period for hours and hours on end and it will not work! Several recent reviews stating the same problem so clearly the skill needs updating but apparently Lepro haven't bothered! How can I fix this as I have no use for a bulb I can't control by voice only!
I cannot connect the Lampux to Comcast internet service. I have tried many times without success. Do you have instructions to resolve this issue? Thank you
Hi, My LED light will not connect I have been trying to do this for 2 days straight. I have followed each step 10000 times and frankly I’m just annoyed now. Light flicker and apps linked to my Alexa I have it enabled and everything! Connected to 2.4 GHz still won’t find the lights. I will like an email back or a phone call I want this fixed this is ridiculous! The fact this happens a lot means something needs done on your end. I have connected LED lights before different brand and used magic home and it connected within 5 minutes was real easy no stress. I want a detail response on what needs to be done and how to get it done.
Ordered five boxes and the last box after putting up the lights had no plug in or adapter. How can we get adapter and plug in

If you follow the instructions in this app, you’ll never be able to set up your light or bulbs.
There are videos on line that teach you how to do it but the process flow in this app and the video in this app won’t let you add anything.
Search lepro light set up in a browser and you’ll find one called:
Quick guide on How to Set up the Lepro LampUX Smart Light Bulbs.
Watch the video all the way through and especially the second half if you ever want to set up your lights. There is a part two this app doesn’t show you or walk you through.
I wasted quite a bit of time finding this out. I have no idea why this company would put out an app that stops you from adding lights to your WiFi.
Also, the app works once you finish setting up the lights and it integrates well with Alexa.
But whew this app literally stops you from being able to set up your lights.

Doesn't allow for connection to Alexa for unknown reason and can't control all lights at once. Making a scene is extremely tedious without being able to input numbers; the lights are always one shade off from each other, or one is just a little too bright. Connection to other devices and connecting the lights themselves takes forever if it ever happens. The lights also completely disconnect when switch is turned off. All around terrible user experience for the same price as other well-made lights.

This app requires an account, which is unnecessary to begin with. It also makes numerous attempts to harvest personal information, including the user’s *location* and intentionally makes the process more difficult if you don’t allow it.
