How to fix Kippo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kippo app on iPhone
Update Kippo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kippo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kippo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kippo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kippo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kippo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kippo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kippo » click [Force Stop]

Update Kippo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kippo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kippo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kippo.

Fix Kippo unable to contact server/ Kippo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kippo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kippo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
