Zerodha Kite Reviews

The kite app and Zerodha website hangs way too often. It stops executing orders at crucial times. This needs to be fixed asap as there are better brokers out there with lesser issues.

Never get trapped by opening an account with zerodha, most of the time u will not get your money credited after selling shares , if u are worried about your money there is no customer care agent available, minimum waiting time is 30 minutes ( better u appoint someone to make call and wait for zerodha, if u write to customer support u will get answers which is not even your problem, money is yours so invest with responsible brokers , don’t take risk

Not sure why your app has such bad look n feel, confusing UI and navigation. For example:- no easy way to find out 52 weeks H/L. There are so many basic things missing.

I tried to open an account with Zerodha I registered with my mobile number and after filled up my PAN Card details I was requested to pay RS 300 as opening charge
After paying Rs 300 with Google pay UPI
I haven’t received any mail confirmation of payment or any ID to login back. After I
refreshed the page the whole process of signing up started agin. But the amount of Rs 300 Debited from my bank account . I tried with the customer care and but such a real waste of time .
I am a existing Upstox user, I just want to try out there interface for intraday, but this is what happens when I try to open an account .
With all the payment proof and and receipt I am helpless .
Please share if any of you had similar issues

World worst customer care service of Zerodha, when they need to open somebody’s account they call 5 times in a day without any gap but when it come to customer care they say they are facing covid issues and no body is bother about your money , no connection to customer care no response to customers.

I don’t have option to provide rating in - , else it would be -5 from my end

I am trying to login but ZerodhaKite isn’t allowing me today.

The overall UI is quite complex and is not good at all. At least the equity graph UI could have been better. Possibly similar to what Robinhood or Fidelity has because thats the ones I currently use. Also, info about a stock can be presented much better. A button next to a abbreviation or a term for additional info on its meaning and detailed info would be better. I have recenty started to trade in Indian market and it seems quite hard to navigate and understand stuff on your app. Still I hear your app is better than other solutions available here.

First I would like to cheer zerodha team for good work, various easy usable features are provided, I am saying in regards to ios version.
However, I miss a feature to arrange portfolio stocks in custom order (drag and drop), if possible please provide this flexibility as well.

I like the UI of this version and the charts. I believe there are a lot of aesthetics from Kite 2 that you can bring on here like font size which is a little too big and makes the screen look cluttered. Overall a good starting point.

Unable to add indicators, after 4 or 5 attempts only able to add. VWAP is not getting added, even after adding is shows n/a, please fix the about issues asap.

I don’t understand why ZerodhaKite has an avg rating of 3.7. I am sure this must be bots from other fintechs trying to bring down the zerodha popularity. This is the best app for investing. Can’t believe how they put so much into a mobile app and that too with such a great UI. Kudos to the team

Normally I am too lazy to write a review about any app, but ZerodhaKite is dope! FaceID unlock was the final strike to blow my mind away! Even when it wasn’t available, I loved how a careful piece of copy was placed that informed the users why it is not available.

The UI as well as performance adds to the delight. Making the watchlist as tab is an amazing idea, I am sure other users would have similar thoughts. I just wish if some features of Sentinel could be extended to Kite. You guys are doing amazing job, keep challenging yourself as I don’t see anyone else close to you!

When depth is pressed top portion becomes faded in iPhone app. Order execution screen is very dull and affects eye

This is good application, however it still needs to be stabilized - Can this be done Zerodha?

Fluid and fast UI .Please try to remove the swipe to buy/sell feature it’s quite finicky and make ZerodhaKite fo iPad ASAP. Cant wait to see it for iPad.

It’s a great app for trading. Please make Iphone widget to view Portfolio and watchlist.

Huge changes in Kite 3. Looks good so far and easy to get the required details.

Good provider - knowledgeable people

Good for investors. Bad for traders. Some stocks not available to buy which are listed on exchange. Strange.

Would have appreciated an option to add custom notes or star rating on stocks in watchlist.
