The app freezes and does not go to next shot. Mostly around the green. I have to pick up and take a 20
I am not paying just answer 55 dollars a year for support. Howver, I note that you guys have not replied to a single one of my contact us emails. It appears just answer is people in all walks of life answering questions from companies from all walks of life. So what is your answer to the poor support.
open on phone, see the "cover page" then goes to sessions. When I push sessions to review or push anything on the screen, it closes the program. It is doing it over and over for weeks.
I click in the app and it just opens then the screen just stays white it’s been hours and I can’t see my first session I have opened it before but now I do a session and the screen just goes white
Video icon not displaying when I left swipe session. Only trash can appears.
I have tried the app outside and with the net. These comments apply to both modes (Iphone 14 pro) but more so to the net mode of practice. The app picks up the first shot only in a sequence. After that, I get a green signal before I swing, then blue after the swing and then back to green. I get about one of ten shots to pick up. Will return the unit if I can't solve

The app closes while using. Pretty annoying cos it just closed many times.
We just got our Rapsodo Golf monitor. It appears to work but when you change screens to see direction of shot and go back, green light is on but won’t read any more shots unless you restart experience. Are there any solutions for this?
