Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Chrono-Course app issues:

Force Stop the Chrono-Course App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Chrono-Course app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Chrono-Course to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chrono-Course App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Chrono-Course app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Chrono-Course.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Chrono-Course » "Force Stop".

Again, got Chrono-Course » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
