Have lifetime paid account can’t access?

Paid for lifetime membership and forgot user name and password and can’t locate account when I asked to have my account password reset it said my account was Beaverton instead of Toddswm767 which it has been for years. When I logged into the account Beaverton my pics were not there and it was a free account rather than my normal account. The email address associated was my email account though.
