Once I logged out and tried to log back in through the app it just spins and doesn’t do anything. Have deleted it, reinstalled it, turned phone off, waited a few days etc. nothing

My screen name is BooBooIAMN. I'm a paid LIFETIME member. Starting yesterday I have been unable to log in. I even changed my password. What's going on and how do I fix it?

Paid for lifetime membership and forgot user name and password and can’t locate account when I asked to have my account password reset it said my account was Beaverton instead of Toddswm767 which it has been for years. When I logged into the account Beaverton my pics were not there and it was a free account rather than my normal account. The email address associated was my email account though.

- Navigation is clunky and simple things take multiple clicks
