My team and I love this app. We are a small advisory firm (3 advisors, 3 support) and find the overall structure highly intuitive and easy to use. It is the center of our workdays now. We use workflows and tasks for nearly everything we do.
There is one piece that is annoying for us, and they have indicated they can’t easily fix this. The software is organized under individuals contacts, not households, and this produces dozens of small-medium things that don’t work how we want them to. We have little workarounds, but if I were starting from scratch with a CRM software for advisors (like they did), I would definitely make the household the core organizing foundation.
