They will continue to charge you and you can’t unsubscribe!!!! Going to your Apple ID subscription to unsubscribe but the unsubscribe option is not there 😤Even if you delete VPN !!! They still charge $$ you HELP !!!

I used VPN for the 1 week trial and it was pretty good, so I purchased a 1 month subscription. Since then, it hasn’t worked. I’ve contacted the developer multiple times and they have been extremely unhelpful. They don’t care VPN isn’t working. My advice, go find another this app, this one is garbage.

VPN it’s ok but I just try free subscription for 3 days and now is the second month I pay 12$ for VPN , I send email for cancel and nobody answer my email, I just try VPN for 2 days and now i can’t cancel is stupid I paying 12$ a month for VPN and I don’t used!! I so annoyed with this people!!

Before I downloaded it, the short initial description mentioned nothing about a trial or in app purchases. After downloading, that’s when they hit you with short 3 day trial. It may be the best this app in the Apple store but I will not take a chance on a app that has to use an element of deception to get downloads and potential cash.

I got VPN for my phone first, and it worked for about 10 minutes. I could turn it on and use an app, and then it would crash or disconnect, no matter what i did. When I got it for my iPad about a year later, it wouldn’t even open. Would not recommend at all.

So I had VPN for about 2 or 3 weeks and it was fine but everytime I turned on my phone my WiFi has kicked me off and then I would have to check it and I got mad so and thoday my WiFi was there but it wasn’t working so it made my WiFi turn itself off and made it not work VPN is trash don’t download it

This this app was working for a while and after some time I was blocked. I cannot stream anymore, this app has been detected. I’m extremely angry because I spent money on Primevideo which wouldn’t play in my area. So I’m left with websites and apps I payed for which doesn’t work, also I was refused to get a refund. Scam!

I just want my money back because I canceled the subscription in given time. I don’t know why I still received a bill. Tried to call Apple for help. DON’T use VPN!!!!! It will not work and you will still be charged. No refund. No explanations. Does not even worth 1 star.

You can pay for a this app service for multiple devices for the same price as this service for one single device. Also not available for Mac.

I deleted this from my phone. Not because it didn’t function well, it did! It has a great qualities. One problem I had with it is it I couldn’t control it. I couldn’t shut it off. And there are times when I need to shut it off because it would block me from opening something. Some things that I knew were legit.

To cancel you subscription, go into App Store/ today/ top right icon of your profile/ subscriptions/ cancel subscriptions/ click subscription you want to cancel. It’s not in the this app app

Does not allow you to cancel before paying for subscription. Please refund me. Apple should be aware and not let apps like this rip us off

Update- PSA:

Please cancel the subscription via App Store and not VPN itself (since it does not let you).
1- Open App store
2- Tap on the icon that represents your Apple ID at the top of the screen
3 - Tap on manage subscription
4- From here you can cancel it

I clicked the “start” button not knowing that it would charge me $15. I haven’t used VPN at all yet and would like my money back. Tried to send a report message and it wouldn’t allow me.

So it’s a good app if you want to pay it but if you don’t pay it I don’t recommend VPN because it’s a lot of chaos having to unsubscribe the free trial
