How to fix Bearzzers app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bearzzers app on iPhone
Update Bearzzers app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bearzzers iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bearzzers on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bearzzers network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bearzzers Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bearzzers not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bearzzers App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bearzzers » click [Force Stop]

Update Bearzzers to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bearzzers App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bearzzers » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bearzzers.

Fix Bearzzers unable to contact server/ Bearzzers internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bearzzers » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bearzzers » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
