Playing covet on kindle fire 8 but it won't update or load since last upgrade

I've been playing Covet Fashion over a year and I believe I was at level 151. I have no idea how this happened. I have a iPhone 13 and the app was not on my screen. My first thot was ""ok, I have had CF and FB connected. Couldn't find a way to get CF with my designs tho. I went to the App Store & found the app. I thought I was on my way to get it back. But it's a totally new game. The outside pic is different & itt begins at level ONE. I NOTICED new features like pop ups asking you to decide upon an item. It looked to me like a down play from the other app. Can I retrieve the older version somehow? It is on my iPad but I don't know how to get it from there. I'm surprised they did not leave the original CF because I've heard they have thousands of players. Can you help????

I am trying to reach someone who can help me with my problem I have had this problem in the past. It gets resolved and then it comes back. I cannot load my game so I cannot enter challenges. Please let me know you received this message and help me get back to playing my game. Thank you
