Poor service

I wrote the group over a week ago to get assistance . None of my items show in preview . Also you have to pay 99$ for there service and an additional 99 $ for publishing Shopney . $198 per month to have an app service that don’t seem to respond in time other than to say they have your back .. really .. read my responses and questions and figure out that your not answering my questions. Again my items do not show in preview. Yet you sent me a link to download app to see preview. Which is the SAME app I’m using that doesn't show items in preview!!

Keeps Crashing

Not sure what happened, app worked fine a week ago, now it crashes every time I preview my app.
Haven’t heard back from support in 4 days. $200 a month and I can’t even use it.

I initially studied Swift to learn how to develop my company's app which would be integrated with our implementation of Shopify. I did learn Swift, but trying to integrate to Shopify was way beyond my expertise!
this app made it all very easy and the guidance and support I got from the this app team was excellent!
My app is near completion and will be ready to launch when we open our doors!
