I wrote the group over a week ago to get assistance . None of my items show in preview . Also you have to pay 99$ for there service and an additional 99 $ for publishing the app. $198 per month to have an app service that don’t seem to respond in time other than to say they have your back .. rea... Keeps Crashing

Not sure what happened, app worked fine a week ago, now it crashes every time I preview my app.
Haven’t heard back from support in 4 days. $200 a month and I can’t even use it.
