Tone?? Professional vs amateur ...
When they used the word “Tone” , I knew it was amateur based workouts . What is Tone? TONE is the increase In muscle vs the decrease in fat. A word created by female body builders to show definition of a muscle. The Nutritional aspect was good though and the counters were easy to use and understand . The workouts were very generic and frankly would not change many people! You need a personalized and specific plan to see true and fast results! This doesn’t come from a few questions!

Extremely disappointing
This app got me through so much trouble that I couldn't be more disappointed. I would definitely never use it again. What I experienced with this app was the most unprofessional experience with an app.

I is app is amazing!!! First of all this app has everything I need to become fit and loose wait! Also it is not to hard that I can’t do it but it is still challenging! Those are the two reasons why this app is all I need! ❤️👍
