The purpose of this request is to acquire some assistance regarding my Squadbay account. After numerous attempts of resetting my password, it prompts me to contact my admin (district). Every time my admin resets on their side, I'm still unable to access my account. This has been an ongoing issue for months. Can you please assist me in getting my account up and running since I'm the admin for my unit (RS SFO). Also, please send me any training material you have so I can present and encourage more app usage. Thanks in advance.
I am the program specialist of Recruiting Station Louisville and I am the one in charge of the squadbay accounts for SNCOICs, Recruiters, and poolees. Several of the Marines did not sign up for the app properly, their accounts are set up as poolees. I can't assign any poolees to them. I can't change the status of their accounts. When I attempt to create an account for them, their email comes up as already in use. We can't seem to delete the accounts and start over either. How do I rectify this situation? My RS is having an issue, everyone of the poolees are unable to register, due to the ship date section not working properly. They tap on it to fill out their ship date and it does not respond.
