I've used Proxy Vote for years. I got a voting request from Ameriprise and US Brokerage 2 weeks ago to vote my Apple shares and have been unsuccessfully trying to log in for over 2 weeks. What's going on with this site, and is it ever going to work again?

How to fix ProxyVote app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProxyVote app on iPhone
Update ProxyVote app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProxyVote iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProxyVote on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProxyVote network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ProxyVote Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ProxyVote not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ProxyVote App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProxyVote » click [Force Stop]

Update ProxyVote to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProxyVote App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProxyVote » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProxyVote.

Fix ProxyVote unable to contact server/ ProxyVote internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProxyVote » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProxyVote » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProxyVote
