MangaToon Status

On my IOS MangaToon app. I am a writer, I am unable to upload pictures in my story it never gets uploaded. Kindly requesting you to give me a solution

Whenever I try to set a photo for a character or my profile it keeps on loading but never appears. What should I do?

I was reading in the app this am, and suddenly, I noticed that all my points and coupons were gone. Also i had been at a level 19, that that had also been wiped out. I had accumulated over 5000 points this month. So i had had something similar happen on the website, which took away the coins that/i had paid to read a comic, and would not let me access the comic. It seems like all my history and the manga that i have marked as subscribed are also gone. Can you assist me with this problem?

My mangatoon is not even opening.. everything is loading and not showing anything.. I couldn't read anything fix this 😷

I am not able set the cover photo of my chat stories and post stories

My episodes have been under the"under review" status since yesterday. Pls I need this fixed because I have readers to satisfy. Please and I will b devastated if my work doesn't upload anymore

My comments on Mangatoon cannot be seen by others since 02/08 {Aug 02} until today! I already send a feedback on Mangatoon, send them an email on my gmail acc, msg them on messenger but it's still not been fix, i kept waiting for it to be fix but it haven't been fix, my comments cannot be seen by my followers or others... Pls fix this immediately I'm getting unimpatient here it's been days.. to be specific it's been 11 days already! ರ╭╮ರ And i can't see any new arrivals of the manga/wha/hua! If This continue I can't use Mangatoon anymore...

Actually i am not getting the chat story updates can i know why

My chapters aren't getting updated, i don't know why. My chapters doesn't even contain any offensive word or 18+ content. None of the chapters of any of my stories are updating, please can you tell me what's going wrong

Actually..my chat story has been deleted due to.. offensive words..so how can I.. revive it.. I actually checked it many times..but my story doesn't contain that..much offensive words..but still other chat stories.. which contains so much piercing, offensive words, violation..so kindly tell me how will I revive my..chat story..

I mysteriously got logged out and I can’t login to my account I deleted the app downloaded it again, even turned my phone off and it’s still not working.

I don't get my messages properly..... I have to leave the app in order to see my messages

None of the stories I've subscribed to are being updated.

I am not getting the updates of the stories I have subscribed on mangatoon. I am not able to see if the story has updated or not, it isn't showing anything.
