5 Most reported problems 😔💔
The following proxy votes were received days after the voting deadline: DA J 5273 5471 0699 1476 DA IRA 1780 8947 0566 9243 DA Estate 2911 4565 0957 0846 MS J 3399 7158 2110 9371 WF IRA 9867 4670 6474 4931 Please advise why this happened and if the firm, SIFCO Industries, Inc, failed to comply with SEC voting requirements.
I need to vote the second ,contested, annual general meeting proxy for Nano Dimension. I have been issued new control numbers but their attached to the original proxy voting form, and labeling that original as the new contested proxy.

I was having the problem other people report with tapping the "vote now" button in an email I received, being taken to the app, and the app showing no unvoted shares; I also found that merely switching away from the app to go back to my email and copy the control number in order to paste it into the corresponding field in the app logged me out of the app.
After sending an email about this I received a response recommending that I delete and reinstall the app; now that I've done that, I cannot log in no matter what I do – whether I attempt to use Apple's passwords mechanism (which doesn't work) or jeopardize the security of my account by copying my password from the Passwords app into Notes where I can see it and then manually typing the password into the ProxyVote app, the "sign in" button remains grayed out. Apparently there is no more using this app for me. What a shame that the app has been ruined by lazy or incompetent coders and a complete lack of pre-release quality testing.
Not compatible with iOS password manager

I was excited about this app because it streamlines the frustrating process of control numbers and vote-by-mail. However, while attempting to create a new account I was unable to let the iOS password manager generate a strong password that could then be linked to Apple’s security suite (FaceID, etc.). Without fortified digital security measures I won’t even consider opening a financial data application.
Update from last review: Developer has not disclosed what data they collect as part of privacy transparency. I will absolutely not use this app.
Too Many Bugs

While it sounds like having an app where everything is at your fingertips is better, the developers here failed. The app suppresses the Apple iOS Keyboard so one cannot enter information, look up passwords, or create accounts.
Additionally, the app doesn’t automatically fetch your login information when trying to sign in. And finally, there’s no Sign in with Apple.
Perhaps after a couple caffeine-fueled late-night coding sessions they’ll get it right. But for now, skip the app, and use the web.
