I was excited to join Mercuryo since the UI/UX seems intuitive compared to other platforms I have tried. The mobile app looks great too.

However, Mercuryo does not allow user to reupload documents for re-verification procedure and this is a HUGE down side. Users need to contact customer support themselves to resolve the issue.

As for me, I submitted a passport issued by an unsupported country. It failed the self-verification. They said I needed to contact customer support directly. I had want to resubmit a US residence permit since I’m working in the US. They didn’t look into it and even deleted my message.

They will screw you over!!! Still waiting for my refund 4 weeks later!!! They will lock your account!!!! I’ve been contacting there customer service and they fail to give me updates with my refund. They continue to ignore my email. What a waste of my fkng time! I bought my bitcoin and they locked my account instantly and I lost access to my cryptocurrency. I put so much money in MercuryoBitcoinCryptowallet to buy bitcoin and they locked me out!!! PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD!!!!

Very simple, and the design is cool. I use it to buy bitcoins. Very convenient, I had to make an effort with the passage of KYC, but there were no more problems. Thank you for the excellent service!

Works great, Feels much more like you are visiting your bank's website,And they do a pretty good job of allowing you to sell on their exchange.

I have been using the Mercuryo app for several months, so far there have been no problems. No one does anything on my account without my knowledge, everything is fair. At first, the training materials and customer support were very helpful.

I love MercuryoBitcoinCryptowallet and for me is one of the best btc wallets in the market. The bad thing is the support, I've been trying to contact them for weeks now thru emails and no response.

I have been using my wallet for 2 weeks now, mainly for transferring and buying cryptocurrencies. There were difficulties with passing KYC, but I was helped in a live chat on the site. No more problems, great wallet, I recommend it.

This stuff is okay for simple operations like to buy and sell BTC or ETH. Saw something about the referral program on their website, don't think I would use it but maybe someone else will
