I was excited to join Mercuryo since the UI/UX seems intuitive compared to other platforms I have tried. The mobile app looks great too.
However, Mercuryo does not allow user to reupload documents for re-verification procedure and this is a HUGE down side. Users need to contact customer support themselves to resolve the issue.
As for me, I submitted a passport issued by an unsupported country. It failed the self-verification. They said I needed to contact customer support directly. I had want to resubmit a US residence permit since I’m working in the US. They didn’t look into it and even deleted my message.

They will screw you over!!! Still waiting for my refund 4 weeks later!!! They will lock your account!!!! I’ve been contacting there customer service and they fail to give me updates with my refund. They continue to ignore my email. What a waste of my fkng time! I bought my bitcoin and they locked my account instantly and I lost access to my cryptocurrency. I put so much money in this app to buy bitcoin and they locked me out!!! PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD!!!!
