Customer service says someone will call back but it never happens. They had a glitch in their system so they would not release my transfers even if they could confirm they already had my money. Think twice about using this app.

I recommend this application for currency exchange. Remitbee gives the best rate compared to other Canadian banks. I personally exchanged USD to CAD and after converting I managed to save about $ 400!
