The quality of the picture is great. The sound needs a lot of improvement. It’s somewhat clear but hard to make out what is being said most of the time. A constant low humming sound is continuous. PTZ motion tracking often finds itself facing walls and never relocates object. Have tried numerous times to get in touch with customer support to no avail. The customer service number that you see from the developer on these reviews go straight to a recording that no customer service agent is available… no matter what time you call. Paid for continuous recording and there are gaps all throughout the day. I probably get about 30 minutes to an hour of recording in a 24 hour period. The rest of the recordings are missing. Can’t get ahold of customer service so can’t get the issue fixed. Can’t get a refund on subscription because they don’t go through apple and instead make you purchase via their website for subscription even though apple is promoting it. Apple has told me there is nothing they can do since it’s not through them and they continue to let blurams scam on their store. Highly recommend not spending your money on these cameras I really have nothing good to say other than the quality of the picture is great. Overall these cameras are a very generous D-

Went from a camera going down (it wouldn’t turn on or connect at all.) To the screen wouldn’t rotate when viewing on Ipad(it’s been fixed) To blurams will randomly close and now, for the past hour after blurams randomly closed itself I CANNOT log back in. I’ve deleted blurams . I’ve restarted blurams . I turned off my WiFi. (Can’t go in the room to unplug it because I’ll wake my child and 0350 is NOT a good time.) I used to love these cameras and app, but now it’s become a huge struggle. I heavily rely on the camera to keep an eye on my child during nap/bedtime because he is in a 2yr old sleep regression stage and not wanting to keep his clothes on. This just made our struggle to keep an eye on him without starting at him from his door 24/7. (He WILL NOT sleep with people in his room.)

Please please please, fix the issues going on.

The only reason we purchased these cameras and use blurams is for cheap cameras to watch our dogs when we are away. And the cameras work pretty fine. However blurams can be laggy at times. Especially since they always have at least one constantly scrolling banner ads at the top. That wouldn’t really be a problem if it weren’t for the fact that we constantly get notifications not related to the cameras themselves, ie trying to get us to subscribe to a plan or expand our plan, etc. etc. It’s incredibly annoying and for the life of me I can’t find anywhere in blurams that allows you to turn off the ad notifications. It’s almost to the point of just spending 3 times as much to switch to all Ring cameras. At least then I have full control over notifications and a much smoother running app.

I am very pleased with the camera, it’s good quality, it’s easy to use, and the sound quality is good. But blurams needs to be a simpler and the subscription plans are a bit confusing. The part needs fixed ASAP is when you try to buy the subscription, it has 2 options: PayPal and credit card. The only problem here is that when you press credit card, it brings up PayPal! I tried restarting blurams but it won’t work. This is probably just a bug that needs to get fixed. My suggestion would be to let us subscribe to the subscription using Apple like most other apps. If your the developer then I hope you fix these issues. Other than the issues with blurams I am pleased with the product.

Let me tell you about the positive features first. The color is absolutely stunning, the picture is clear and bright, the sound is clear and very audible. The movement of the camera is fluent in spot on.

Now for the negative. I can pay a fee to have up to five cameras working I have a total of 12 in my house so I would have to pay an additional fee to get all the cameras working and by working I mean nonstop monitoring.
Let me say you don’t have to pay the fee for the cameras to work, however without the fee you have to keep hitting the start button about every 30 mins to monitor.
Now if you want to monitor continuously nonstop that’s when you pay a fee.
I need to see my toddlers at all times, so I pay the fee.
After paying the fee I still get advertisement at the top of my screen paying the fee should alleviate that totally I should not be seeing advertisement. Also the fee that I pay should cover every camera I have and shouldn’t care cover up to five cameras as long as the cameras are in the same household which mine are they should be covered in that fee all 12 of them and not just the five.
I have paid my fees and will have cameras up until the youngest is 5.
Because of tge adverts and the 5 camera limited I am looking into replacing them with BOAVision.

Both the camera and blurams are pretty great. Easy to use and set up. But there are some minor things to could be better. Like the sensitivity of the rotation of the camera. I know that it’s a lag issue from the internet. But it’s annoying to try and pan and rotate to see around a room and the camera continuously over rotates. The picture quality it good and I love the facial recognition. It can recognize me and my son, and even my dog. My only real issue with the camera itself is again with the rotation and panning. When you sit this camera down on a flat surface like a shelf up high so you think you’re gonna get a full view of a room. But you can’t cause the camera won’t rotate down to look at the ground. And I got these cameras to place around my house to watch my dog while I’m away. And the whole point to to be able to see the floor. And with these cameras I can only see to waist level.

So far I like this camera for the price. Having been in the security industry I can tell you that they made the setup extremely simple. Normally, I’d have to get into clients routers and do port forwarding for off network viewing. Some routers would cost us so many hours. Their app does everything for you.

The controls are a bit finicky. Sometimes it gets stuck on one side or another and there is no stopping it. Also, be advised it’s a PT camera not a PTZ. There is no zoom feature that I can find other than zooming with my phone which kills the quality. Not an actual PTZ just a PT.

These have worked great I have 3 of them. But for the last 2 years crappy crappy crappy! I keep thinking they will go back to the way they were? Like stay connected even though they are in an area not even 3 feet away from modem! “Excellent connection”! All say but catches people leaving walking away I’d like to see their face? I’ve emailed with no results not answer? I feel as if they don’t care? lol I know they don’t . I’m only one person. They don’t cost much unless your on social security like me from an injury I got after working for the company for 20 years. And surgery almost killed me! But I don’t want to throw them away and buy new I guess I still hold on to a shred of hope? I am forever loyal stupid loyal! I guess I can thank God nothing has happened that I needed the footage!

I’ve paid for the version where I can have more than one camera, I have three I can see when there’s notifications however, the two cameras tell me the subscription has expired, and there is not playback. I feel like this could be fixed with a phone call, however not quite sure who to call who to talk to or where to find the time to deal with this. I feel like this could be a good option for someone, if you can get the subscription to work with all of your cameras. The motion detection on the cameras are very sensitive. I get a lot of trees blowing or shadows from my driveway.

Works great but I’m only giving it 4 stars because I’m disappointed that the developer did not include an option to enable and disable notifications when home or away from home. It’s really frustrating and annoying when you’re consistently notified because the camera detects motion while you’re at home so you’re kind of forced to turn those notifications off. Would be nice to have the ability to turn those notifications off automatically while at home and then automatically turn back on when leaving your home location. I hope this gets added at some point in the future. Would be really nice as most security camera apps seem to have this option but not this one. The closest setting I could find to this was setting a schedule not to be notified. I hope this review brings this to attention to the developers of blurams . This is much needed and would be greatly appreciated by not only me but a lot of others that are probably seeking this feature as well.

Every year I have bird nests on my covered patio. Always too high to take a peak inside. This year one bird made her nest in a hanging wall decor. Finally low enough to see, but being afraid of stressing her out, I decided to set up one of these cameras on a nearby shelf to watch the activity. The clarity of the image is amazing, was easy to set up, and the price very affordable! Fortunately, I have an electrical outlet just below the camera as it has to be plugged in to work. Perfect for watching what will hopefully one day soon be a chick nursery! Momma doesn’t seem to notice it in the least. I feel privileged to have this opportunity, thanks to this wonderful little camera!

The hardware seems to be good and works well displaying decent video in day time or night provided you have night vision turned on. Although motion tracing is not very accurate. My biggest gripe is the this app software insists on displaying in portrait mode on my 10.2” iPad. I have four active cameras. When trying to display all four cameras on the screen at once the video display from two cameras is chopped off in half. Moving the iPad to land scape mode does nothing. The software should be updated to sense what device it’s running on and display properly in both portrait and landscape mode or at least have a toggle that lets you select in preferences.

I had read some of the reviews before actually buying this product and it is outstanding. The only gripe I have which I was already aware of this from the reviews, is it doesn’t save all of your content as you’d get. Yes you may need to get some type of premium service to store your videos, etc.

For quality, functionality and ease of use though, (which is what I had gotten this for), you cannot beat this camera on those fronts. The 2k photo and video quality are very crisp and clear, almost like looking through a tiny window into your home.

Night vision was interesting to see but there is no lapse in quality switching from standard vision to night vision, just as clear and crisp as you’d expect.

If you are looking for a great-quality camera that won’t break the bank I’d highly suggest grabbing one, or even two of these. It’s ultimately your choice.

good images, decent sound.
you wont be able to clearly hear verbal conversations if they are more than 36 inches from the camera. i specifically just want to keep an eye on pets and the entryway area, so the audio piece is sufficient for me in that i can hear clearly enough to distinguish noises the adjacent areas are making, (pets drinking, for example) even off camera.
my favorite feature is the panoramic aspect of the motion sensor. it will detect even the houseplants movements (they do move! i caught it on camera!) and pan 360•, which is a huge plus because i have a loft in my space, so i can see the stairs top to bottom in the scan.
i was pleased to find you can manually control the camera remote, which is a little like playing RPG and i do not, so that control system takes some acclimation. once you get the hang of it, you can zoom in really tight across the room and see clear details.
i found blurams to be mostly intuitive and user-friendly, with a fair amount of ability for customization.
overall, especially when considering ongoing costs for monitoring, i would recommend giving it a try. its not a significant initial investment and its a pretty solid product. hope this helps!

I installed these devices 6 weeks ago. A total of two connected to my iPhone and my wife’s iPhone. They have performed extremely well and are easy to control rotation-wise from the phones. They are hooked up to my standard indoor 2G WiFi average download speed from the Internet is about 50 MBS. The picture quality is excellent both in light and dark.
The set up/installation was extremely easy and I’m not a techie.
I do not subscribe to the cloud or any of the accessory services and only use the devices in real time to check on my two dogs with are kept on my porch indoors.

I bought the indoor Home Pro security camera in Oct 2019 and for the first 9 months blurams and camera worked perfectly. Amazing resolution! But over the last 3 months or so blurams has had major issues. I contacted customer support and they were very friendly. The issue seemed to be fixed however a day or two later the same issues were happening: app crashes when opening, spinner spins indefinitely, unable to see live feed on camera, no alert notifications to my phone. I ended my monthly subscription about 2 months ago hoping the issues would be resolved but it’s still not working. I see many others are having the same issue. We will unfortunately have to go with a new service. It was great while it lasted.

Bought it to for some peace of mind and it’s been so helpful! I bought this camera for my grandma to monitor her when she’s all alone and make sure that she’s safe and healthy. This camera is amazing because I’m able to talk to her through it, I can access the camera when I am 5000 miles away (as I am now), and I can maneuver the camera from just blurams . blurams has also helped us keep the house safe because there have been multiple times where I’ve gotten notifications late at night only to find out that someone has left a candle burning!! 10/10 recommend especially for the price

I love to decorate for each holiday, and included in my outside decorations are usually a few blow up characters. I have had people attempt to steal my decorations off of my lawn so I decided to purchase this security camera. I will ultimately purchase another in the near future to cover more areas of my property, when I am able. I am an satisfied with the product and blurams itself. Very easy to use. I appreciate that it offers rewards and benefits. I am able to access the camera quickly and easily. It isn't confusing at all. I also appreciate that I am able to modify and adjust what I would like to be alerted about and how often. The product and app are amazing! I am a satisfied customer!

Not only is blurams user-friendly, but so is the actual blue rams company itself! They have always gone above and beyond my expectations with the value of their cameras, but also the features that come with being a subscriber to the company. They have always surprised me with their ability to make their customers happy! The added bonuses that come with being a part of their business are always great also! Also the programs that they have to reduce our carbon footprint are absolutely unbelievable, and truly amazing that they care as much as they do. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I bought this product even after all the negative reviews . I can actually say day 1 so far and I love this camera . It does what it needs to do for the price . Night vision is well lit and clear . The audio is the only thing that can use some work but , overall the quality is just right for me . I use this as nanny can for my dogs while I’m not home and can also speak to them and say commands when need be . Set up time was no more than 5 minutes . Super easy . Would highly recommend .
