I have set my vacuum up to eurekarobot yesterday and I get on today and it will not show my vacuum in eurekarobot . I have tried restarting it and connecting it back to my app several times and it says it’s connected but will not show my vacuum. I had the whole house mapped yesterday and now nothing. I can’t even start it on eurekarobot . The vacuum works fine and says connected. eurekarobot will not work

First off eurekarobot walks you through how to set up. The connection status never passes 30 percent, fails and tells you to verify your network but always redisplays the robots network name with your WiFi password to your home network. You fix it to reflect your home networks name and password and then connect to your robots… in an endless loop. *Security concerns for eurekarobot are due to the fact that you have to turn on precise location settings and to even select your network. So now they have my precise location and my network information.

They only allow you to sign in to a single device at a time which is super annoying. The account sharing is not the answer here, my iPad doesn’t need a separate email address. eurekarobot takes a while to update while cleaning and sometimes requires force close. eurekarobot on iPad is like the early 2000s when it would display iPhone size on iPad screen. Definitely not modern. The visual appearance is nice overall.

It’s my first time using the machine. The machine would stop and require bumper bump multiple times but wouldn’t start unless I put the bumper blocker back on. I have rugs (ruggables) and the Machine doesn’t do very well with there corners because of the thinness. It also has missed some spots for this first session. So we will see over the first couple of session's to recalibrate and catch everything.

Everything seems great except it constantly turns the child lock setting off. Have no idea why but I keep having to turn it back on every few days. Extremely annoying.

For the price of the device, i expected better software. Unable to change levels because when i try, it just hangs and does nothing. so i have to make a new map every time. I was hoping this would be addressed in the previous update, but it wasnt

eurekarobot works well. Maps are not as detailed as my Roborock but it does all it should. One thing that I would like to see is when doing a room or rooms and choosing to have it go over the room say twice, instead of following the same path say running up and back vertically, have the second time go up and back horizontally. My Roborock does this and it does clean better that way. Hopefully this feature will be added to eurekarobot in the near future.

The self empty works very well and I appreciate not having to replace bags. It’s also overall quieter than my Roborock and my Neabot.

I absolutely love this robot and all the features to comes with. eurekarobot takes getting use to when customizing each feature. I wish the settings were presented in a more streamlined fashion. It’s a lot of navigating through different sections to get to each and every setting. The most annoying thing though for me, that I can’t find a solution to, is in the “Cleaning Order” section. It will not save the room cleaning order I choose. Once I exit that section, even after hitting save, it automatically resets to a random order. Very minuscule issue, but definitely a tad frustrating

Mapped out my apartment very well. I like that eurekarobot shows me the path it took. Not sure about the map feature yet. Didn’t seem to do much but I don’t mind at all. It’s A LOT more quite than my previous Roomba. I wish eurekarobot had a more clear way to get to the schedule you can set for it to run.

As it says on the subject line, I couldn’t find anything within reason to complain about the Eureka app. I’ve been using it for e10s robot vac and it’s been great so far!

Love my eureka robot. It is so helpful as I have a bad back and can’t clean as much as I would like. So glad I have Susie (that is what I named her) as my dog leaves more hair on my floor than I have on my head 🤣. eurekarobot is great as well

Works amazing. The easy to navigate. Love you can set up walls and pick where you don’t want it to vacuum. You can hear it change the way it vacuums from tile and hard wood to carpet. We have 2 big dogs and the mop function is great!! It might take a couple times to get a spot clean. But it will do it without getting a mop and bucket to clean it. It doesn’t bump into things and is so quiet compared to others. The canister is great. Love that you can wash everything and not just buy new filters. Same with the vacuum. The filters and dirt bin can be washed dried and it’s ready to work. Well worth the investment.
We upgraded from an i1 to Eureka and won’t go back.

I have only had it a few days but seem to work very well keeps me floors extremely clean with 2 Siberian huskies my floors have no hair on them they look great and extremely clean can’t even tell we have 2 extremely shedding dogs here

It is so amazing sometimes I would act kind of stupid but here and there it is amazing and I just got it set it up immediately on eurekarobot and eurekarobot is great. I love it and I love using the voice control stuff so thank you. I got it as a PR package so Yeah they let me test it out. Thank you.

Bought our E10 a couple days ago and are happy, a little loud, something plastic sounding clicks as it moves along not sure if that is normal. The sound isn’t louder than the vacuum so not too annoying, also when the vacuum is at “home” it has taken more than one empty cycle to fully clear it. But I am being a bit picky, compared to our previous robo vac it is quieter and overall much of an improvement.

My best purchase for the house yet.
This robot is amazing, I tel Google start vacuum & it starts & cleans the hole living room & kitchen in about 20 minutes returns to charging station cleans it self, recharges & goes to sleep till next command, what’s easier than that. Look no further this is the one👍😁

Can’t believe how well this vacuums and mops. The coolest feature by far is when it returns to the dock and self empties. We couldn’t believe how much came out of it! I also like how quiet it is. My last vacuum was so loud. This one is quiet, has excellent suction power and cleans the floors really well. 10 out of 10!

My first eureka NES 10 was not that great. I ended up returning it because so many problems. Wow just happened to gotten one by the grace of God I’m gonna say is working amazingly great I cannot believe the same equipment. I’m really really really happy I guess I’m just I’m blown away. I’m blown away. Great job you so much.

This is our 2nd robot and we love this product. It does all the things we request and it is excellent. It has had a few glitches, but is the operator not the robot. I would buy this again, only sooner and I know that I made the correct choice by selecting a Euricka product.

Instructions are very easy to follow. I waited the 6hrs for the vacuum to charge, followed the instructions entering my password, and pressed start. 38 minutes later my area was clean. Great product.
