My app changed/updated from the white box outlined in black to the blue and white icon. When I try to open it it wants password which it’s never asked me for. I tried to do a password reset which was saved to my phone but when I try to use that password is says it is invalid.

Can’t log in, try to recover my password and it says credentials invalid. But I can log in to the site online no problem
