I have no idea why Enfamil has such a high rating when there are so many issues. I can’t do any of the following: submit receipts as proof of purchase for the $30 credits they claim to offer (I’ve tried multiple times), redeem points for the $5 reward they claim to offer (email address must match venmo but they don’t give you an option to change it), etc. I have also had issues with ordering through Enfamil (I was sent only 12 bottles of formula when I ordered a case of 24). I spent hundreds of dollars on this app formula from Target and was unable to submit any of my purchases to be credited as points in Enfamil . I specifically stopped buying formula from Target and started purchasing it through Enfamil instead so I can get the points and rewards and yet I am unable to redeem anything. I am so frustrated with this company. Unfortunately my baby needs this product to live so it’s not like I can just stop using it, and I think they know that so they must not care as much about making Enfamil easy to use and user friendly. It’s a shame and it will make me consider using another brand when baby number 2 comes along.

BUT the rewards system on Enfamil . Oh my goodness. Worst experience ever with these people and Enfamil it is always something.
It’s like pulling teeth to get my rewards that I’ve gained through purchasing items and sending in pictures of receipts which half of the ones submitted I always have to redo because there’s some type of error. It’s a night mare.. just beware of that oh and always save the receipts because you must show them AGAIN to receive the reward of your choice depending on your points.

Redeemed 4 - $25 Barnes and Noble gift cards and a month after still have not received any.

Everything is always “sold out” for weeks to even months. I had about 34k in points to redeem and would check frequently and when gift cards where available I redeemed but never got them after months of waiting for them to be available, Called to ask about where my gift cards are and didn’t get a response but to keep waiting, month later and still nothing.

I was breastfeeding, then put my baby on a this app product that was making his tummy very upset. So when you sign up you can call and get offers, I waited 4-6 weeks for my FREE PACKAGE that never came. They package includes 3 different formulas to try from to help with gas/colic babies. We tried other this app products as well but nothing was working. I spent lots of money with this company and just wanted to try my FREE options first. We switched to Similac products and this tummy problems went decreased significantly.

I literally have tons an tons of receipts I submit them they don’t take them . It might say we can’t see your date when clearly. I go back and fix it , it says I’m ineligible. Makes no sense how am I ineligible for a product that you SELL! I can never get into contact with anyone I was told that my issue isn’t important they only taking certain emails . Something needs ti be done about how points work theirs no way I should be denied all 6 of my receipts like what do you have to do to get them acceptable

I guess in someone’s wisdom during a formula shortage someone decided it’s a good time to update new password criteria. Except there is a lag between when you for site to update and when Enfamil registers the update… so I am now totally locked out of Enfamil and can’t some of the needed history details that are in Enfamil . I have changed my password twice on the mobile site… but Enfamil never updated. This is not a time to roll out new updates like this.

I created an account once my baby was born and when I tried to login some weeks later they stated that I didn’t have an account. Was this b/c of inactivity? Maybe .. So I downloaded Enfamil & created a new account. All was well for a week- 2 weeks. i was going in scanning receipts only to find that one day I tried going into Enfamil to find ALL of my points earned so far were gone. It said zero points and there’s no communication on where the points went. My history only documents points earned from joining but nothing else. I’m truly disappointed.

Enfamil is forever crashing when I go to use it. I have only gotten it to work 1 time in the last month. I wanted to for the rewards you get from scanning your receipts. When I go to scan a picture of my receipt it won’t accept the picture. Which defeats the purpose of why I downloaded Enfamil to begin with. It’s says you can upload pics that are JPEG but iPhones don’t take pictures in JPEG format so that makes that option useless as well. Don’t waste your time with Enfamil until they can actually make it worth it.

Started out as a useful tool, however, when I earn the points for my rewards, I no longer get them. I’m supposed to have over 1000 points added in the last month from things I’ve done, but I’m still at the same amount. They’ve never given credit for them. Other than using it for the rewards, there isn’t a real reason to keep Enfamil . All the reads, milestones stickers, etc. are almost identical to other free pregnancy apps. No need to have more than one downloaded when you Don’t receive your credit.

For the last three weeks I haven’t been able to upload receipts and links I have clicked on inside of Enfamil sends me to an error. I deleted Enfamil and reinstalled it and now it won’t let me sign in at all, it just says something went wrong. I have sent three messages to customer service and have had no reply. Judging from the other recent reviews it would seem like they have just abandoned Enfamil except even the website still has the same errors and customer service does not respond.

This is honestly a joke if you are buying this formula and trying to earn rewards. I would upload my receipts to get reward plaint and finally got enough to earn a 10 rebate which I had to trade in my point for. I got the email a few days later and it said I could redeem BUT HAD TO UPLOAD ALL THE RECEIPTS AGAIN. That is beyond stupid and a total waste of my time. Why would I need to upload them again after I already did it to earn rewards to even get the $10 rebate? I’m not going to stock pile all of my receipts after they have already been excepted. So now I'm out of points and wasted them on the rebate that I won’t even be able to use again.

My daughter is about 4 months old. We’ve been giving her gentlease since a few days after she was born. I bought over $100 worth of formula the other day, and my receipt was deemed ineligible because while I was buying the this app, I also bought 1 coconut water. Despite the receipt very clearly differentiating the 2 separate products and the amounts, it was still deemed ineligible. I have emailed customer service, I got no response. Not that it matters, the rewards that are redeemable have nothing to do with buying more formula. Just doodads from what I can see. Complete Fail on your points redemption system, Fail on customer service, Fail on rewards. I’m switching to Similac Pro Sensitive. Seems to be easier on her stomach, and it cost less, and they have an actual rewards system.

I had 7900 loyal points and thought I could use it to get my little one (now 1yo) a formula (free or discounted). So the way it works is, you have to go to check your points and hit redeem and choose the product, but when the product is out of stock, you would not know until you see it in your bag/cart, just like in my case. The points have been deducted right away even before I can use and it has been 4 days and I have not seen it credited back to my account. I tried to keep sending them emails (3 to be exact) through their website and app, and I only got one generic response, they are experiencing longer time to response than usual. I feel like had been snatched with my loyal points. I know that this is just a privilege, but the loyal points is their commitment to their loyal consumers, which really helps because formula milk powder are really pricey! To my point, there should be an option for consumers to credit back the points or not to use thd points before proceeding to placing the order.

Unfortunately Enfamil does not load when I go to use it. The few times it did I was able to complete some things within it; one being a $30 rebate offer for uploading receipts. I will state that was legit and I received the $30 in my Venmo account within 3 days of uploading. So that was cool! I have a newborn and 3 year old. Both kiddos have or are currently this app fed so it would be nice if Enfamil didn’t lag. I like the product for sure just not Enfamil ’s slowness.

It’s unfortunate to rate Enfamil and the tech so low given the product has been great for my son. Enfamil is slow to load, takes a long time to process information, or fails to process things altogether. There are constantly scanning issues that cause your receipts to be rejected but you won’t know about these until a day or two later. Great, I hang onto my receipts for an extra couple of days after scanning just in case! Nope, all of my other apps accept my scan and award points appropriately. Enfamil, not so much. I’ve reached out to support for answers about a missing reward as well as reasons my receipts were rejected. This ultimately would have allowed $110 in money back for my family. Between the length of time Enfamil takes ti process and the lack of response by support, I’m feeling like the company is not wanting to give the money. As a business owner, I can respect this 100%, however, don’t advertise or incentivize with money back and then fail to follow through.

They do send a gift up front which was nice to see the assortment of product options. There are also good resources for feeding and pooping patterns.

However, actually using the rewards portion of Enfamil is frustrating and clunky at best.

You have to upload receipts to obtain points, then in order to cash out the points you have to upload the receipts again?? Feels like extra steps just for a $5 rebate. Especially when a can is $50.

I often purchase formula at Target, through Enfamil so I can do drive up. In order to submit, you need to take screen shots of your purchase history, including certain information (date, product, etc). There are literally instructions with pictures of what needs to be included, so I know I’m doing it right. I’d say 3 times out of 4, my submission gets rejected. “Invalid date,” “ineligible products.” What the heck is an invalid date…? I submit them two or three days after I purchase, it’s not like the purchase was six months ago. And ineligible products? Occasionally it DOES accept them, and I only buy ONE specific this app product - it’s always the same. There’s just something wrong with Enfamil . On top of that - rewards aren’t really that great. Not going to waste my time with Enfamil anymore.

I love Enfamil. It’s very useful for a first time mom like myself. Not to mention i purchase a lot of this app for my daughter. However the points are always glitching. One minute i can see my points and the next minute its all gone. Also scanning receipts are the same way, one minute it works fine and the next day you have to try again. If they would fix the points system it would be 5 stars for sure

Good app when it is working well. There have been moments where points won’t refresh causing me to have to log out and back in. There has also been times where uploading an electronic receipt has not been working. However, when things are working as they should, it’s a great app for resources and occasional discounts (which are much appreciated)!

Very user friendly and helpful app. Like how you can look up products and shop right from Enfamil . Has some very helpful articles as well. Would deserve five starts but I think the coupon section is clumsy and could be easier to use and and I wish they would get new articles more frequently.

Even the $5 discounts they send me in the mail helps. Can save up points and get special offers $30 and $25 off this app or cash rebates. Thank you so much especially for people who struggle. Enfamil is amazing. I did send a few receipts at once last year and didn’t get any points and I threw the receipts away already though was sad about that

Happy overall with products and app, the only thing is it doesn’t always give you your rewards points when you read articles and give reviews of products. Enfamil owes me a few hundred rewards points, but rather than that, I’m overall happy with everything else and our baby loves the NeuroPro infant formula.

I just love how every so often they send us free items to try out or other things for the baby!!
Great company!! Love the set up tracking my baby pics every month. Overall it just makes me happy to see random items send to us. It’s always a fun surprise.

I was sent two packages from this app when I was pregnant with my little one and even though I was going to be solely focused on breastfeeding I kept the formula they sent me for free along with MANY coupons for more. Turns out it was a blessing in disguise even though I dismissed it at first. After only 2 months of this baby being here I’m no longer able to produce anymore by myself and it’s come in handy right away so she can continue having food; because as long as she’s eating and growing that’s all that matters.

Information is key especially for first time moms like myself. A few apps and especially the this app app has help me a great deal with staying on top of my diet, understanding the growth and development of baby. I also love that there are other fun activities on Enfamil .

Wow, whatever problems Enfamil was having initially have been corrected. I enjoy all the good information, including articles on breastfeeding during COVID19. It is all very current and relevant information. There could be more information about breastfeeding however overall for a free APP this is great.

I am using Gentleease. My baby prefer the milk that come in the small bottles. The powder is what we used after discharge from the hospital, but it required constant getting the milk and powder ready. Because it is hard to get the small bottles, we tried the big bottles of ready made feeding milk. My baby dislikes it. Good, tasty, and fresh small bottles is what we prefer.

I don’t know if they sell our information but they sent me freebies! The coupons were the best thing they have sent so far. If only they could send me neuropro ready to feed since that’s the only thing my baby will eat! Regardless I love what they are doing for new mothers like myself. Thank you this app!

As someone who is a new mom to be, this company has given a lot of coupons and Enfamil has being useful to the changes that happen in body while being pregnant. I love that they sent me free formulas to try when my baby gets here, although I’ll be mainly breastfeeding but it’s just makes me feel good that they sent me these products to try and gift cards!✨💝 I love this.

The Rewards app has been an absolute game changer for my husband and I. We decided to exclusively formula feed since I’m a full time working mama, and we have yet to pay full price for a can of formula in the first two months of my son’s life. We also still have several more coupons left. If it wasn’t for the rewards app, I’m not sure what we’d do!
