About: Discover the toxic beliefs that may be holding you back. Understand why you
feel and behave the way you do.

About Thinkladder

- Explore themes like Perfectionism, Self Worth, Social Distancing, Anxiety, Body Image, and Anger, and discover underlying limiting beliefs.

Thinkladder is a mental wellbeing app that enables you to explore your belief system, weed out and replace limiting ideas that stop you from living your best life.

Other self-help apps ask the user to provide their own alternative affirmations, which I find that can be an impossible task - if one is so steeped in limiting, negative thoughts, feelings and perspectives about one's self.

- Challenge limiting beliefs with insights collated by mental health professionals.

As a self-help app, I really appreciate how it provides a plethora of helpful, positive self-affirmations to select, in order to try and replace the negative ones with.

Thinkladder gives you simple CBT and ACT-based tools and methods, proven to improve your mental wellbeing.

- Listen to audio practices that guide you through therapeutic visualisation and breathing techniques.

Discover the toxic beliefs that may be holding you back.

It only takes a few minutes each day to understand yourself better and move towards the change you want.

- Set time and location reminders for your selected insights.

Take daily steps toward feeling calmer, more resilient and self-aware.

Understand why you feel and behave the way you do.

"...thank you for developing such an invaluable app.

Loved v1

The concept for Thinkladder is wonderful, and I have used it with patients. What Thinkladder needed was more Themes, which were held out as coming soon in V1. Instead, in V2 the developer made Thinkladder confusing to use. Sad.

New version crashes

this app is a great concept and the first version was great. The newer version is not as intuitive to use and it crashes. Every. Single. Time.

I occasionally try it every couple of months but it never works anymore. Time to delete.
