I ordered 23 tiles, hoping the quality of the images would be the same as the ones advertised on their website. The quality was so low, even the images were high resolution with high quality. The worst part was their customer support. According to their website: “We know you are going to love your this app experience. In fact, we're so confident that we are pleased to provide an unconditional money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a complete refund.” This is a completely false statement. When I contacted them, after many emails and conversations, they just simply said “the quality of our prints are the best and blah blah.” And, they did not refund me. They even did not bother to respond to my further followups and emails. Extremely unsatisfied with this fake app.

I will never order form this company again. Spare yourself the stress and frustration and order from somewhere else. After receiving 3 different tracking numbers for my order of four tiles (all because the orders kept disappearing) the order finally said it was delivered after being over a month late. The ONLY thing that was delivered was the leveling tool to help hang the tiles. So the tool came but no tiles!? Doesn’t even make sense. I am hoping to get a refund of my money since I never received my order, but who knows if that’ll ever happen since now after I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps I am just getting an automated reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. My money was taken and I never got any tiles. :(

I was a scuba diver. Six years ago, I took a photo and entered a contest. I won 9 days of diving with manta rays in The Sea of Cortez. We did 3 dives on the first day all deeper than 100 ft. Apparently the pressure was too much for my undiagnosed tumor on my neck and I suffered a stroke. My girlfriend, who I brought on the trip kept me in her house for 3 years. How can I ever repay that?
The tiles I ordered were to be a birthday present for her. It’s next week.
My package was not delivered to my apartment door. My home health aide searched the lobby in the Bronx building where I live. UPS claims that they delivered it yesterday. How are you going to get me a replacement PROPERLY delivered before next Tuesday morning?

I’ve only just started using this service/app and I am incredibly impressed so far. The order process is seamless, the delivery time is fast and the quality/results are beautiful. I’ve only ordered the glass tiles so I can’t speak for the other tile type but I can not believe the speed and quality of service. One of my tiles was broken on the corner (and i’m not sure if it was during shipping or when I unpacked it) and I’m currently waiting on an answer to get a replacement. I’ll update this review after that experience.

UPDATE: Customer service was prompt and helpful. I was impressed with how quickly a team member got back in touch with me and had a replacement tile shipped within days of submitting my request. 100% satisfied with this company.

I had seen the ads for this on Instagram/FB and thought it was another too good to be true product. I needed pictures for a memorial and this seemed to fit the bill. I took the risk & was pleasantly surprised. EasyTiles & ordering itself is fool-proof. It even advised when the photo quality wasn’t going to yield a best result. My order came in so quickly. The packaging was careful since they are glass & the photo quality was outstanding. I’ll absolutely be using this again!

The photo tiles I ordered are beautiful!! We currently are remodeling our home so I haven't been able to hang them up yet and I can not wait!! The pictures on the tiles look more vibrant than the actual photo itself. And they will not fade hanging like some of the pictures in just frames.
It took less than a week to receive them, I thought it would take longer considering I ordered a lot of them. Thank you!!

I ordered 16 tiles and received them within like 5 days. They came out great even better than I expected. The price is amazing especially considering the fact some places charge 2 time what this app charge per picture. They were easy to order and they even tell you which pictures might come out blurry(or to choose a better pic). All of mines came out great even the ones that had a warning. Thanks this app 👏😁

I’d seen the ads and had wanted to order but was hesitant...would they be as nice in person as they appeared online? (*Spoiler alert! They’re better!!) EasyTiles is easy to use, ordering was simple, communication was excellent throughout the process, they shipped quickly (I honestly spent more time selecting my photos!), were packaged securely and hanging instructions were simple and concise. THEY LOOK AMAZING!!! And yes...I’ll be telling family, friends and clients about them!

My dentist’s office has a gallery wall that I have always admired. I asked which brand as I wanted to order tiles for a BD gift. The turnaround time was great, as was the quality of the prints that I received. I ordered the high gloss. I emailed the company a question after I received my order. My question was quickly answered with a personal, professional and polite reply. This company is terrific!! I will be ordering more tiles soon.

I have ordered several times and I am very pleased with each and every tile. One of the things I like best is that they will tell you if the picture will not be clear and suggest picking another photo. Also you can email questions and a response is timely.
I am also happy with the delivery time. It’s very swift and packaged well. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the cost, other companies charge much more for the same thing.

I bought tiles for my dad for Christmas and when they didn’t show up on time, I emailed the company and they sent new ones out immediately, it took less than a week for me to receive them after the first order being lost during shipping. When they came, they looked very nice. It’s a unique gift for yourself or someone you love. They’re also very affordable. I’m glad the company is reliable when it comes to accidents and package delays, not all businesses care.

I loved the way my tiles came out! They are so easy to stick and move if need be! I received them quicker than I expected. Customer service is exceptional! They are so quick to respond and will do what they can to make you happy with your purchase. A true 100% guarantee! I do suggest to be careful and not drop the tiles, I accidentally dropped one as I was removing from package and it cracked from the corner that it fell on( do not worry about them falling from wall, they stick on pretty well)

I just got my first order in, they came in in about 2 days. I got 4 of them and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. The price was good and I was pleasantly surprised at no shipping fees. I did have issues moving them. The instructions said to gently rock back and forth, I did that and took the glass part off the black box. It was just a little off so I just put it back on and it’s fine. The other one I needed to move I just took a flat head screw driver to the corners and worked it off. It all worked out well. My walls are full but I have a feeling I will be ordering more, will tell all my friends about you. Love the product.

Super excited to share this. I found Easy Tiles had not only the best price but also the best option when it came to style of tile (I prefer the Glass Tile) So I downloaded EasyTiles and selected 12 tiles (which was hard bc I have so many pictures lol) my expected delivery was for May 13. When I came home today, May 10, I found they had been delivered. I opened them and with the secured packing there wasn’t a scratch on any of them!! I am so very happy with this purchase and definitely will be ordering more!!

I am so very excited about my new photo tiles. They arrived Wednesday, so I carefully unwrapped them. These photo tiles are really emotional for us! We adopted a new one year old dog last February after a long illness with our other dog which was hard on the whole family, friends and neighbors.
So, when I opened the package and saw the photos it was an emotional rush of happiness and love! Thank you, they are perfect, professionally done and mean the world to us. Can’t wait to sit down and add to the collection.

I have wanted to design a picture wall gallery for about a year. I was on the fence because I wasn’t loving the more traditional options elsewhere. I am so happy I stumbled upon this website. Designing the tiles was so easy and very user friendly. The tiles arrived well packaged and so easy to hang. The quality of the tiles and the print of the images are both better than imagined. For reference, the pictures I used were all taken from my iPhone. On the wall the overall design looks polished and unique. I could not be happier!

Purchased 4 tiles(for free shipping) and to make sure I liked how they came out. It arrived pretty quick and I’m happy how it turned out. I posted it on my glass/mirror wall because I didn’t have any other space that worked. Unfortunately, I don’t have soft carpet flooring so I hope it stays and doesn’t fall. I don’t plan on moving it much once I set it, so it shouldn’t have any reason to fall. But overall, I’m happy how easy it was to order and quick arrival. I already put in a second order! I was hesitant to order this item after seeing it advertised on Instagram. Glass photos being shipped to me... Sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen. I ended up ordering 10 photos my first go round and was shocked at the hefty $100 price tag. But if you think about printing and framing your own photos individually you'd probably pay more than $10 a pop. To me this option made more sense. My tiles arrived on time & in excellent condition! They are gorgeous and going to look great in my new home. I have hung them yet but I'm sure that'll be an easy process. I love these tiles!

Y’all this product is unbelievable I received my tiles packaged very well and the pics are very high-quality! I have to admit my first order I was a little worried because I’m accustomed to ordering canvases. Those days are behind me now LOL. I am getting ready to place my second order today. I would heavily recommend when you order these to get the level to help you put them on the wall. I found it to be the most valued purchase in my first order. They also send extra sticky backing pieces for the wall ... which was unbelievable because I needed them LOL! Definitely recommend a product!!!

I bought 15 tiles for my first order to hang diagonally up my staircase. The tiles came to days ahead of the estimated delivery time and they were absolutely beautiful!

The tiles fit perfectly on my wall going up the staircase, as I was hanging them I noticed one of the tiles had a small hairline crack. I called customer service and they immediately replaced the picture with no questions asked.

I will definitely be buying more tiles in the future!
