False advertisement - low quality prints - awful customer support

I ordered 23 tiles, hoping the quality of the images would be the same as the ones advertised on their website. The quality was so low, even the images were high resolution with high quality. The worst part was their customer support. According to their website: “We know you are going to love your EasyTiles experience. In fact, we're so confident that we are pleased to provide an unconditional money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a complete refund.” This is a completely false statement. When I contacted them, after many emails and conversations, they just simply said “the quality of our prints are the best and blah blah.” And, they did not refund me. They even did not bother to respond to my further followups and emails. Extremely unsatisfied with this fake app.
Never received tiles
by "Will Not Order Wver Again"
I will never order form this company again. Spare yourself the stress and frustration and order from somewhere else. After receiving 3 different tracking numbers for my order of four tiles (all because the orders kept disappearing) the order finally said it was delivered after being over a month late. The ONLY thing that was delivered was the leveling tool to help hang the tiles. So the tool came but no tiles!? Doesn’t even make sense. I am hoping to get a refund of my money since I never received my order, but who knows if that’ll ever happen since now after I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps I am just getting an automated reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. My money was taken and I never got any tiles. :(

I was a scuba diver. Six years ago, I took a photo and entered a contest. I won 9 days of diving with manta rays in The Sea of Cortez. We did 3 dives on the first day all deeper than 100 ft. Apparently the pressure was too much for my undiagnosed tumor on my neck and I suffered a stroke. My girlfriend, who I brought on the trip kept me in her house for 3 years. How can I ever repay that?
The tiles I ordered were to be a birthday present for her. It’s next week.
My package was not delivered to my apartment door. My home health aide searched the lobby in the Bronx building where I live. UPS claims that they delivered it yesterday. How are you going to get me a replacement PROPERLY delivered before next Tuesday morning?
