BlueElement is completely useless. The contact number in BlueElement doesn’t even work… you can try calling it, but nothing happens. BlueElement I used for the last few years was way better than this, but now I’m stuck with this trash because my company decided to switch administrators, making the old app unusable. No idea who approved this, but it should’ve never seen the light of day. Even their website is garbage. This is pure laziness and incompetence.
App keeps defaulting back to home page every time you try to verify your email or SMS, will have to do it on a desktop computer. Geez!
Idk what it is with Walgreens, even their IC+ system is slow, all their systems are black and white, old, outdated, laggy, loads but doesn’t let me login. Just so many bugs, you can’t not notice them
I can’t even access my account with this. I reset my password, wouldn’t work. Deleted app & downloaded it again. Still nothing.
BlueElement and the website looks and functions like it was created by a teenager in 2005. Embarrassing that BCBS puts its name on tech like this.

I’m pleasantly surprised BlueElement is working now and I got a response from BlueElement developer not too long after leaving a negative review. Provider search works and however it could be a little better optimized for mobile screen sizes but overall it does what it needs to do. Thank you for fixing this!
