How to fix Rosy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rosy app on iPhone
Update Rosy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rosy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rosy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rosy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rosy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rosy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rosy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rosy » click [Force Stop]

Update Rosy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rosy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rosy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rosy.

Fix Rosy unable to contact server/ Rosy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rosy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rosy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
