I love boxtobox and find it very helpful during quarantine. It is made and educated by real coaches. One thing though is that it doesn’t give a very good slow motion or a view that helps you understand the move. Tricky, quick moves especially. Like it takes me sometimes like 10 mins just to finally realize what you do on that move.

I tried to exercise at a nearby field but it won’t let me progress further due to internet connection. I’m just trying to memorize the exercises but all of them are locked as it’s built as locked maps u no what I mean. Please unlock the pending exercises for all of them in one day so I can practice in the field
