This lines up all your kids’ events in order and color coded by kid. You can see their last submitted time so you know right away how they improve. Then you can see when results are posted. Other kids come running to me to tell them where they ranked. Love SwimTopia .

I have been looking for another meet app other than the one that I have to see if there is a better one and I came across this one. I cannot figure out how to make an account, I have read the article on your website and it wasn’t helpful either. There are a lot of dead ends too, I tried the guest account and it doesn’t work for me, I have tried several times to get to a meet in the past that I want to look at for my times and it wont search it up (I even put the whole name in and it didn’t work) I would like if you could make it easier to make an account and maybe up grade the guest.

If you haven’t worked the computer room at a swim event then don’t complain about how quickly data updates in SwimTopia . SwimTopia works flawlessly if the computer room folks are working flawlessly (including internet, printers, and computers). We all know how often that symphony comes together. Thanks and 👍🏼👍🏼

Worked fine today prior to update. Updated and now the application crashes upon opening. Tried restarting my phone and it didn’t help. I’ll update once it opens with success.

As a summer swim team family only, I like the option to cancel the Pro membership at the end of our season. Seeing real time finish times and placement compared to time history is fun.

Best app invented for swim teams!!! As a head coach and having a swimmer myself I could not be more pleased!!! this app has SPOT ON customer service the best I have ever experienced in my life! More people need to take a page out of this company’s books they are great!

Our swim team uses SwimTopia. I have been using it for a few weeks now. It works great as long as the coach puts in the updates!

SwimTopia could be useful, however most of the features don’t work like heat sheets and race results. My swimmer’s races have been missing the first and last race in the swim events in every meet. Sometimes the event and heats don’t update and one time the server crashed during a meet making SwimTopia unusable. Too much doesn’t work to be a pay app... still in beta in my opinion.

It wouldn’t let me create a new account, I don’t have one so I thought there was going to be a option to make a new account but there wasn’t, I even looked it up and still nothing came up. I just wanted to have it so I could know my stuff for my swim meets this summer. Other than this I know it’s a good app just annoying that I can get in without a account and there’s no new account option.

Can’t read all of the race details/description because it is cut-off on the right side.
Example- Can’t see complete explanation for why a team was disqualified.
It would also be nice to see all of the kids names who are participating in each relay.

Whoa! SwimTopia is making ‘swim mom’ life so much easier! All of the details for our swim life are in one easy spot!

Have to pay to see real time results. I end up signing up for things mainly via the website because SwimTopia isn’t as user friendly as the webpage. Now with having to pay to see meet results, there’s no good reason for me to take up space on my phone by having SwimTopia.

I unsubscribed to the monthly pro version trial well before it was up and I’ve been charged for it and now it has automatically extended my subscription out another month and I no longer am seeing a means to unsubscribe. Swim season is over and I no longer have a need for it.

I thought I saw somewhere that I could put SwimTopia on hold while we were not swimming? We only do summer league. Let me know how I can pause SwimTopia charges until next season.

My team used SwimTopia last summer and I loved being able to see what event they were on in the pool from my phone.

I love the communication lines this opens up for us BUT it logs me out every other day. That needs to be fixed.

The first couple weeks of our season it was great. For the last several weeks it’s all been “server error” and shows no information.

this app offers an amazing platform for swim team management! With the exception of our paid coaches and guards, our summer swim team runs on pure parent volunteer power and this app has affordably simplified many time-consuming jobs, including registration, payment collection, apparel sales (team store), meet attendance declarations, event entries, mass communications, volunteer management, website development/maintenance, extensive reporting, integration with meet manager, and much more! We have been especially pleased with the customer support provided - very accessible, friendly and responsive! What a switch from our last platform.
They have put much thought into developing a quality product and better yet, they are continuing to add desired features.
I'd gush more, but it's late and we've got Team Pictures and Potluck in the morning.

I had high hopes for SwimTopia... but it is just plain bad. Heat sheet is never accurate. Results are messed up then because of inaccurate heat sheets. Also, results take waaaay too long to update....

Also, SwimTopia crashes all the time. Awesome...

I don't get it. You can’t creat an account from SwimTopia and you can’t declare for meets from SwimTopia . Both have to be done from the website. Why even have an app?
