How to fix EarBuds app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EarBuds app on iPhone
Update EarBuds app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EarBuds iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EarBuds on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EarBuds network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EarBuds Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EarBuds not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EarBuds App
1. On android, goto Settings » EarBuds » click [Force Stop]

Update EarBuds to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EarBuds App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EarBuds » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EarBuds.

Fix EarBuds unable to contact server/ EarBuds internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EarBuds » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EarBuds » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EarBuds
