7 months agoHello, I've been having problems with my profile for a while now, I simply can't update it, when I press "save" it doesn't save, I hope you solve this problem.

1 year agoHi, I've had the Renaissance apps for a few months and its been fine, until yesterday. I am able to log in and see everything except My Parties or want to join a new party. If I click on a party I was in before this glitch, I see a black screen with grey boxes nothing else (can't see the playlist, if we've met the goal, the amount of time left or the standings). I cannot join any new parties. Renaissance just updated a few days ago. I've tried a Force stop, delete data, uninstall/reinstall. installed the app on my tablet thinking the problem might be my phone, same issues. The only thing I changed was my picture. I put it back to the original. Not sure why that would matter. Now my picture, whether in home, headphones et cetera flashes numerous times before staying constant. Has anyone else had this problem or glitch? Not sure what else to try. Could this be a glitch because of the recent update?

Wouldn’t waste your time…
This app is just really horrible. There are always problems with the streams crossing over, and they also are really, really bad at getting back to you when you need help. So, in effect, I really wouldn’t waste my time. You can arrange something else amongst a fandom for an artist’s overall streams to get increased. This just causes more headaches for everyone involved. Good concept, bad execution.

doesn’t count streams
it’s a good app in theory but it doesn’t accurately count streams accurately. for example, yesterday I listened to about 15-20 songs throughout the day but it only says I listened to 1. I wouldn’t put too much faith in this. also i’ve never left a review on an app in my life but I needed you all to know this is a waste of time. 👍

Won’t work
Tried to use this app. All it does is bring me to a progress screen, seems zoomed in or something, and won’t let me close it out. I’ve tried closing and reopening it, won’t work. Fix it please.
