My Zabka App stopped functioning 2 weeks ago, everyone has given different advice how to solve the problem. Log out, log back in, update app, update operating system of phone, etcetera, etcetera. Nothing works to solve the issue. Lost more than a thousand rewards-points in the process, and żappka still does not work.
Can’t find map and working hours

I’m traveling in Poland for several weeks and LOVE Zabka stores. However, when registering for żappka , I never get the verification number on my phone, even when entering the correct country code for the US. I also think it’s time to stop telling people that żappka is only available in Polish and make żappka friendlier for travelers to use. Poland has a long way to go to make the country more accessible for foreign, particularly US, tourists. Żabka can lead the way by adding English to żappka and allowing verification texts to foreign phone numbers. If you do this, hopefully PKP will follow suit and start making bi-lingual announcements!!!

I speak 5 languages sadly polish is not one. I’m working on it, but if żappka had language options like the self pay terminals it would make life so much easier and I would know what I’m doing in żappka
