I cant connect to pdc darts not sure what the problem is. Asked me to update and when i did , i now cant connect

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever PDC app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix PDC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PDC app on iPhone
Update PDC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PDC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PDC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PDC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PDC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PDC app issues:

Force Stop the PDC App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PDC app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PDC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PDC App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PDC app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PDC.

Fix PDC unable to contact server/ PDC internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PDC » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PDC » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PDC on android.
