Cannot get past password enter screen

I have tried every which way to get past creating a password, and cannot get past it.
I would like to get this app to control my card, but cannot even initiate the app!
Can’t log in

Same thing for me. My username/password are correct and continue to get error message. Customer service has not been able to fix or figure out the problem. Have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone to the n’th degree.
Cannot log in, needs updating

Like others who have reviewed here, I can lo longer log in with my typical TCU account info. The app also has not been updating since I first used it in 2017. The UI is unintuitive and sloppy. An overhaul is badly needed.
